Pressure Vessel & Gas Cylinder Air Tightness Test System

Pressure Vessel & Gas Cylinder Air Tightness Test System is applied for air tightness testing of gas bottles or pressure vessels. It can be divided into two methods: submerged bubbling wet leak detection and ammonia mass spectrometer dry leak detection.

GB/T 12137 Gas cylinder air tightness test method; GB 4351 Portable fire extinguisher; GB 81095 Trolley-type fire extinguisher;

GB 17258 Compressed natural gas cylinders for automobiles; ISO 11439 High-pressure gas cylinders for natural gas vehicles;

ISO 9809 International standard for steel cylinders; ECE R110 Compressed natural gas for vehicle propulsion systems; other standards.

 

Technical Parameters:

Pressure range: 0~200MPa;

Test medium: air, nitrogen and most other gas media; (please consult for special media)

Test station: 1; (can be expanded)

Pressure measurement accuracy: ±0.5%FS; (higher accuracy optional)

Pressure control accuracy: ±1%FS;

Control mode: automatic/manual;

Driving air: 0.5MPa≤P≤0.8MPa;

Timing range: 0~999h;

Power supply voltage: AC 380V 50Hz; (optional video surveillance)

This leak detection method: by bubble method;
