Essenton hydraulic blasting equipment is safe; the equipment has automatic unloading protection in case of any sudden abnormality (abnormal pressure loss, sudden power outage, sudden gas outage, sudden communication interruption, etc.), and the unloading circuit is equipped with a filter:

1. There is a normally open air control valve (unloading valve) designed behind the pressure maintaining valve of the equipment. When the test pressure is increased, the air control valve sends an electrical signal to close. When any sudden abnormality occurs in the equipment during the test (abnormal pressure loss, sudden power outage, etc.) Under sudden gas outage, sudden communication interruption, and other abnormal conditions), the unloading air control valve will not be powered, and the normally open air control valve will open under the action of its own spring to release the pressure to 0, thus ensuring that the equipment can instantly depressurize under any abnormal conditions. It is 0 to protect the safety of personnel and equipment. In addition, in order to ensure the life of the unloading valve, the unloading circuit is equipped with filter dew to protect the cleanliness of the unloading valve.

2. The electrical control system has good grounding and various reliable interlocks, protection functions and strong anti-interference ability;

3. The lower computer is controlled by PLC, mainly using Siemens PLC, which is stable and reliable. The upper computer is developed by Labview. It is powerful, stable to use, easy to operate, and has a simple, friendly and mature operating interface to realize data collection, monitoring and recording during the experiment. Functions such as saving can also be customized according to customer needs;

4. The equipment has a power-off protection function. The pressure relief valve is generally a normally open valve. The system automatically relieves pressure after a power outage;

5. During the test, if overpressure, leakage, explosion, etc. occur, the system will automatically alarm and shut down. It has protection functions for unexpected conditions such as leakage and overload, further improving equipment safety.
