Gas Cylinder Online Detection System is applied for the hydraulic pressure test (external test method) of various carbon fiber gas cylinders, and provides dry testing, bottle valve installation knowledge, bottle valve air tightness, and carbon fiber gas cylinder air tightness testing.

3. Cylinder valve loading and unloading

Test temperature: normal temperature

Clamping method: pneumatic clamping;

Features:

The self-developed special control software is mature and stable, with multiple pressurization modes available to ensure that the entire test process fully complies with relevant national standards;

This machine has a power-off protection function. The system automatically relieves pressure after a power outage. Leakage monitoring is optional. The test is suspended and the pressure test system is equipped with a safety protection device to maximize the safety of operators and equipment.

Optional video monitoring system;

Adopt auxiliary testing devices such as automatic flipping and pouring, drying, bottle valve loading and unloading, etc.;

The entire system is controlled by DCS, with a host set up and each independent detection device forming a base station. The entire system is a local area network;

Using the oracle database as the basic structure, it can realize the upload server and storage functions of real-time test data, digitize the test results, and independently issue the test results of each component.
