1. Valve Thrust Test Device

 

This test device is suitable for testing the thrust force during the opening and closing process of straight stroke valves.

The opening thrust of the deep sea gate valve (straight stroke valve) means that when the gate valve (valve core) is in the fully closed state, when the plate ( valve core ) withstands the maximum working pressure difference (design nominal pressure) of the medium, the gate plate (valve core ) changes from fully closed to When the state is open, the maximum opening force endured by the valve stem; the initial position is fully closed.

2. Deep Sea Ball Valve Torque Test Device

 

This device is suitable for testing the torque during the opening and closing process of quarter-turn valves.

The opening torque of the deep-sea ball valve (angular stroke valve) refers to the ball core (closing part) of the ball valve (ball or closing part) in the fully closed state, when the ball (closing part) withstands the maximum working pressure difference (design nominal pressure). ) The maximum rotational torque endured by the valve stem when it rotates from the fully closed state to open; the initial position is fully closed.

Technical Parameters:

Nominal diameter of workpiece: 12”;

Design maximum test torque: 120KN.m static ;

The sensor is divided into 2 levels: 30KN.m 120KN.m ;
