Safety Valve Calibration Bench
The safety valve calibration bench is applied for performance testing of the set pressure, backseat pressure and sealing performance of direct-load and pilot-operated safety valves. It can also perform sealing performance testing of safety valves. It can be quickly clamped by manual three-jaw or hydraulic three-jaw chuck, and can clamp up to 10" valves.
The safety valve calibration bench is a device that simulates the working environment of the safety valve offline and increases the internal pressure until the safety valve jumps. At the same time, the safety valve's safety valve jump pressure can be displayed through the pressure gauge on the device. It can verify the safety valve tripping pressure (also called opening pressure, setting pressure) and sealing test pressure.

Using high-quality pneumatic wave body booster pumps and pneumatic gas booster pumps imported from the United States SC, using pneumatic boosting technology, the pressure is stabilized and maintained smoothly without fluctuations, and the output pressure is adjustable ;
As well as imported high-quality pneumatic components from Parker and SMC, ultra-high-pressure valves, pipe fittings, and joints use high-quality HIP products imported from the United States ;
Use pressure gauges above level 0.4 and provide pressure gauge distribution of different ranges to improve detection accuracy;
