Regulating Valve Performance Test System

Regulating Valve Performance Test System is applied for testing the pressure strength, sealing, leakage, flow characteristics, filling and deflation rate testing, valve core displacement and other performance of regulating valves.

 

Technical Parameters:

1) Ultra-high pressure test system

The maximum working pressure of the ultra-high pressure system is 100MPa;

Three independent test pipelines, working pressure 2~100MPa, outlet connected to filter with accuracy of 5 μm

2) High pressure system

The maximum working pressure of the high-pressure system is 35MPa, with two channels, the working pressure is 0.5~35MPa;

There are two independent test pipelines, and the outlet is connected to a filter with an accuracy of 5 μm ;

High-pressure gas cylinder 20L, rated working pressure is 35MPa ;

Use an electric air valve to achieve rapid inflation. The diameter of the electric air valve is required to be the same as the diameter of the test system pipeline, and the diameter is not less than Φ 10mm.

3) Medium and low pressure systems

The maximum working pressure of the medium pressure test system is 10MPa, with two test pipelines, and the working pressure is 0.1~10MPa;

The maximum working pressure of the low-pressure test system is 2.5MPa, with two test pipelines, and the working pressure is 0~2.5MPa;

Among them, the diameter of the low-pressure test pipeline is not less than Φ 10mm, and the outlet is connected to a filter with an accuracy of 5 μm . The diameter of the 100MPa high-pressure pipeline is designed according to 2.8mm .

4) Measure the relationship between the movement displacement of the valve core and its control pressure. The measurement stroke is required to be 2~25mm, and the test accuracy is 0.01mm.
