The fully automatic safety valve inspection bench uses an offline simulated safety valve working environment and is fully automatically controlled by a computer. It consists of a gas/liquid boosting system, a pressure control system, a hydraulic clamping table, a computer control system, a camera system (optional), etc. It integrates hydraulics, machinery, electrical appliances, software, control, and data processing, and has the advantages of reasonable structure, complete functions, stable performance, and high degree of digitalization.
