Pipe Pressure Burst Test System is applied for pressure resistance and burst testing of various metal pipes, rubber hoses, hydraulic hoses and other pressure-bearing pipelines and pipe fittings and accessories. It can realize blasting test requirements such as static pressure blasting, high and low temperature alternating blasting (or single high temperature or single low temperature blasting), constant pressure or rapid blasting. The equipment is widely used in pipeline and accessory manufacturers and usage testing units.

Test station: 1; (can be expanded)

Measurement accuracy: ±0.5%FS; (Higher accuracy optional)

Applicable pipe fitting specifications: Φ20~Φ160; (exceeding Φ160 or non-standard pipe materials will be determined separately)

Test box size: customized according to workpiece specifications and test environment medium.

The piping system of the entire machine is made of stainless steel, with weldless connections and cone seals, which can adapt to the media sealing requirements of most hydraulic systems;

The system design is reasonable, the component quality is stable and reliable, and the system operation is stable and reliable from the principles and spare parts;

All test processes are automatically controlled by PLC and computer, and test time, test pressure and other values are displayed in real time;

The test time can be set freely, and the machine will automatically stop after the test is completed and a test report will be generated. The test report format can be formulated according to customer requirements;

It has overpressure, timeout, and leakage monitoring functions, and can automatically alarm and terminate the test;

Cameras can be used for real-time monitoring at the pressure test site to achieve an unmanned pressure test site;

A data acquisition system is optional during manual control to meet test data collection needs.
