Pipe Hydrostatic Test System
Pipe Hydrostatic Test System is applied for thermoplastic pipes, composite pipes (such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C and aluminum-plastic composite pipes, etc. l pipe) conducts pressure resistance and burst tests under constant internal pressure and constant temperature for a long time and records the pressure value at the moment of burst. The equipment is widely used in plastic pipe manufacturers and testing units.

Features:
All test processes are automatically controlled by PLC and computer, and test time, test pressure and other values are displayed in real time;
The test time can be set freely, and the machine will automatically stop after the test is completed and a test report will be generated. The test report format can be formulated according to customer requirements;
Pumps, valves, pipe fittings, and joints are all imported from the United States to ensure the quality and safety of the equipment. The material is 316 stainless steel and can be used for most liquid pressure test media;
It has overpressure, timeout and leakage monitoring functions and can automatically alarm and terminate the test;
The pressure test site uses cameras for real-time monitoring, which enables unmanned pressure test sites. (optional)
