Hose Core Removal and Pressure Test System
Hose Core Removal and Pressure Test System is applied for 06mm-030 high-pressure hoses (hose) to perform core removal and pressure test after core removal. The system controls the operation of each part through the console, and the program interface window is independently developed and designed. The interface has clear data display partitions, easy operation, and fast data review, retrieval, retrieval and export. (Applicable to one-layer/two-layer/three-layer steel wire braided hose (hose) length ≤120 meters.)

Brief description of process flow:
Clamp and seal both ends of the hose with hydraulic clamps → start the core removal system → inject water into the hose head clamp (side close to the pump) and pressurize it to the set pre-pressure pressure → maintain the pressure until the pressure at the end of the hose is equal to Front end - Zhishi → Relieve pressure at the end of the hose → Relieve pressure at the front end of the hose → Manually remove the end of the hose → Start normal core removal (the core removal speed can be adjusted manually).
Note: The pre-pressure test pressure is set by the user. The time for the pressure at the end of the hose to reach the head clamp end is determined by objective conditions such as the pressure difference between the two ends, the gap between the hose and the mandrel, etc. This equipment does not have the function of automatically controlling this time.
