Creep Test System

Creep Tester is applied for internal pressure creep testing of metal pipes, such as tension, compression endurance, creep, relaxation tests, low-cycle fatigue and creep fatigue tests, and can be tested under pressure.

Technical Parameters:

Working pressure range: 0-100 MPa; (can be higher)

Working temperature range: 20℃~1200℃; (please consult if outside the range)

Working environment: Ar gas or other protective gas;

Tensile stress load can be applied along the axial direction, the load is: 0-20kN;

It can be heated up to 1300°C, equipped with a temperature measurement device, and the temperature accuracy is ±5°C;

Protective gas can be applied to the outside of the test pipe;

An observation window is reserved to measure the radial strain of the pipe in real time.
