Quick-change Joint Flow Resistance Tester

Quick-change Joint Flow Resistance Tester

The quick-change joint flow resistance test bench equipment is mainly used to test the flow resistance (pressure drop) performance of quick-change joints and other products.

Connect the hydraulic quick-change connector to the equipment and select at least six test flow values from 25% to 150% of the rated flow (must include 100% of the rated flow).

Measure and record the pressure drop in both the forward and reverse directions of the joint assembly at the selected test flow rate.

Remove the joint assembly from the test device, install a pipe that matches the corresponding specification, and measure and record the pressure drop at the same test flow rate. During the entire pressure drop test, the test oil viscosity is maintained at 28.8mm2/s~35.2mm?/s. Record the oil type and temperature. The difference between the pressure drop measured by the product and the pressure drop measured by the empty pipe is the net pressure drop of the joint assembly.

For each flow direction, plot the pressure drop curve on graph paper (use full logarithmic graph paper so that a straight line is obtained. The line may not pass through some points, but should represent the average value between these points) .

Main technical parameters:

1. Module-level flow resistance test

Flow and pressure range: 0~1L/min, the maximum pressure difference at this flow rate is 0.06MPa; (0.05~1L/min) Control accuracy: 0.5% (the difference between the real-time control value and the actual value does not exceed 0.5%);

Display accuracy: 0.5% (the difference between the real-time display value and the actual value does not exceed 0.5%);

2. Whole machine level flow resistance test

Flow rate and pressure range: 1~10L/min, the maximum pressure difference at this flow rate is 0.2MPa;

Control accuracy: 0.5% (the difference between the real-time control value and the actual value does not exceed 0.5%);

Display accuracy: 0.5% (the difference between the real-time display value and the actual value does not exceed 0.5%); Equipment function:

There is a flow resistance test menu option on the control computer. Select the flow resistance test menu. In the menu, you can set the output flow rate. After setting the parameters on the control computer, the curve of the workpiece flow resistance test process is displayed in real time on the computer.
