The joint pulse (cycle durability) test bench equipment is used to simulate the impact of vibration and pressure pulsation shock on the sealing performance of the product, and detect its service life through long-term simulation tests. It is particularly suitable for pipe joint manufacturers and scientific research and testing institutions to do product factory pulse fatigue testing. It can be used with a vibration table to perform pulse fatigue vibration performance tests on pipe joints at the same time.

Main technical parameters:

1.Test medium: water, HM32# hydraulic oil or other guiding medium:

2.Medium temperature: normal temperature (please consult for special requirements);

3.Ambient temperature: normal temperature (please consult for special requirements);

4.Test pressure: 1.5P (P = working pressure of pipe joint): MAX100MPa;

5.Test station: 1 or more;

6.Inner dimensions of the test chamber: customized according to requirements;

7.Pressure measurement accuracy: 0~150MPa, 0.5 level pressure sensor, response time ≤1ms;

8.Test times: 10 million times (vibration), 1 million times (pulse);

9.Pulse frequency: 0.1~1.5Hz; (higher please consult)

10.Technical parameters of vibration fixture: a) Frequency: adjustable from 10 to 60 Hz; no-load displacement amplitude: 0 to 5 mm; vibration direction: eccentric circular vibration; vibration waveform: sine wave;
