The inner tank of the reactor can be made of different steel materials such as stainless steel SUS304, SUS316L, SUS321 according to actual process requirements. The inner surface is mirror polished, and online CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization can be realized to meet the requirements of hygienic regulations.
With a jacket, the material of the jacket can be stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) according to process requirements.
The diameter-to-height ratio is reasonably designed, the stirring device is selected as needed, and a pressure-resistant sanitary mechanical seal device is used to seal the stirring shaft seal to ensure the working pressure in the kettle and prevent material leakage in the kettle.
The support type can be selected as hanging ear type or floor-standing leg type or other customized structures according to actual operation requirements.
The main structure of the stainless steel reactor: open flat cover reactor.
The open flat cover structure mainly includes two types: flat cover end flange type and flat cover reverse flange type. Their designs are basically the same, but the flat cover reverse flange type is less expensive than the flat cover end flange type.
The reactor of this structure is mainly suitable for some chemical products that require higher pressure (5.0-35MPa) during the production process without much restriction on temperature, when the volume is small (below 1000L).
The open structure is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. For highly toxic and flammable chemical products, the use of reactors with this structure can improve the working environment of operators and reduce labor intensity.
Open butt welding large flange reactor:
This reactor has a wide range of applications and is generally used in situations where the reaction pressure conditions are relatively low (below 4.0MPa) and the volume generally does not exceed 1000L.
The reactor with this structure also has the advantage of being open and easy to maintain and disassemble.
Closed reactor
The reactor with this structure has a wide range of applications, is relatively cheap, and has a short processing cycle. The closed reactor is suitable for larger volume (1000L-50000L) pressure conditions and there is no limit. Since it is a closed type, an entrance must be opened so that personnel can enter the kettle to perform repairs and replace parts. Disadvantages of closed reactors: disassembly is troublesome, labor intensity is high, and materials are difficult to clean. Therefore, manufacturers must strictly ensure the quality of the components inside the reactor (material quality and welding quality) during the manufacturing process.
