The natural gas hydrate reservoir production performance evaluation experimental simulation system is an essential scientific research equipment for evaluating the sand production and sand control performance of the reservoir during the marine natural gas hydrate production process. The equipment can achieve the following overall functions:

The preparation of natural gas hydrate samples can realistically simulate the natural gas hydrate reservoir environment in sedimentary layers at a water depth of more than 2000 meters.

Simulate the changes of natural gas hydrate reservoirs around the wellbore under different mining conditions, including but not limited to depressurization mining and heat injection mining; carry out evaluation experiments on the sand control performance and effects of different sand control schemes under actual mining conditions, including but not limited to sand control screens, gravel filling, and artificial wellbore walls. Carry out experiments on the evolution of seepage characteristics of natural gas hydrate reservoirs near the wellbore under actual mining conditions;

The equipment includes eight main system modules, including simulated reactor, full-size simulated cylinder, gas inlet module, wave inlet module, temperature control module, stable repulsion production module, gas-wave-solid three-phase separation metering module, data acquisition processing and display module, explosion-proof hoisting and fixed/rotating bracket, two supporting mechanized operation modules and other auxiliary systems. Main technical parameters of the equipment:

Test pressure range: 0~20MPa (can be higher), pressure control accuracy ±0.1MPa:

Test temperature range: -30~150℃, temperature control accuracy: ±0.1℃

Reactor: customized according to test requirements to meet different technical specifications such as size, pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.

Gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation: realize gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation and real-time measurement;

Data collection and recording: customized according to needs, data recording time interval is adjustable, the minimum recording frequency is 1 second.
