The ocean is the world's largest independent ecosystem, including deep seawater, surface sediments, cold springs, hydrothermal fluids, polymetallic nodules and other geological structures. 70% of the seawater is in a high-pressure environment of more than 38MPa. Microorganisms in the deep sea biosphere account for 90% of the total global microorganisms, and pressure resistance is their distinctive feature. At the same time, hydrothermal vents bring high temperatures and the flow of reducing substances such as rich gas and sulfides. Therefore, in order to conduct in-situ research on the deep sea biosphere in the laboratory, we need to solve a series of technical problems such as fidelity sampling, fidelity transfer, high temperature/low temperature fidelity culture under high pressure, and in-situ analysis.
