Description
This parallel pressure reactor system is configurable and modular, allowing for individual or parallel operation settings of each reactor. This system uses automated process control enabling fast process development and parallel reaction screening in a reproducible and safe manner.
Multiple safety features guarantee safe hydrogenations and other processes.
Essenton designs and builds custom parallel reactor and multiple reactor systems for use in high-throughput screening, combinatorial chemistry, corrosion testing, and catalyst testing.

Multi position parallel reactor is an upgraded and integrated product of the basic model, which greatly saves laboratory space resources. This reactor is mainly used in laboratory parallel test, constant variable comparative analysis test, etc. Because of the experimental conditions, parallel reactors can be divided into two modes: simultaneous temperature control and independent temperature control. In addition, the volume, mixing form, work number, structural form, control mode, function configuration, etc. of the reactor can be combined freely according to the actual needs.

Software - Process setting & control
The software is user-friendly. Every single process step can be followed on the graphic display. It is compliant, data can be exported. Multiple safety features guarantee safe process procedures. Operation mode can be chosen from manually to fully automated, depending on installed hardware.
Control parameters are: Reaction pressure, temperature, gas, liquid flow, gas consumption, stirrer speed, safety limits etc.

This system incorporates three Custom Volume High Pressure/ High Temperature reactors rated for use at 5000 psi (345 bar) @ 500 °C. The reactors in this system are manufactured of Alloy C-276 and are equipped with internal coupon holders to facilitate study of corrosion processes in harsh environments. This particular application does not require precisely controlled gas delivery, so individual gas feed vessels are not present. However, gas supply and gas vent manifolds are provided.
