The safety valve calibration device is suitable for calibrating the trip pressure (also called opening pressure, set pressure) of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure safety valves in the nuclear power field and testing their sealing performance.

 

Standards:

TSG ZF001 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Safety Valves; GB/T 12241 General Requirements for Safety Valves;

GB/T 12242 Performance test specification for pressure relief devices; GB/T 12243 Spring direct load safety valve ;

GB/T 32291 Off-line calibration and assessment of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure safety valves; other standards.

 

Technical Parameters:

Pressure range: 0~500MPa;

Test medium: gas (nitrogen, air, etc.)/liquid (oil or water ) , etc.;

Medium temperature: room temperature; (Please consult for special temperature

requirements)

Ambient temperature: Ambient temperature simulation device is available upon request:

Test station: 1 or more

Applicable diameter: DN10~DN600:

Clamping method: manual, three-claw clamping;

Clamping force: 0~50T; (optional according to pressure and caliber)

Valve type: flange or threaded:

Pressure measurement accuracy: 0.4-level pressure gauge (multiple interfaces), ±0.5%FS

sensor (optionally with higher accuracy 0.1%FS);

Compressed air quality requirements: filtration accuracy: 15μm, normal pressure dew point:

3℃, oil content (PPM): ≤5.0;

Control mode: manual or computer automatic control.
