Portable Gate Valve/Check Valve Pressure Test Equipment

 

The portable gate valve/check valve pressure test equipment is mainly used for water injection, pressure increase, exhaust and pressure relief of gate valve/check valve cavity on nuclear island. By pressurizing the check valve cavity, the pressure change of the entire sealing test circuit is monitored, and the leakage rate of the gate valve/check valve is calculated through corresponding data analysis. The integrity of the valve sealing structure on site is judged based on the corresponding data.

The system can measure and display the temperature of the test medium and the test curve in real time ; it can measure and display the test medium pressure of the valve cavity and the pressure change and test curve within the specified test time in real time; it can measure the valve cavity leakage value (detect pressure drop) in real time; it can compare and judge the test value with the evaluation standard in real time; and it will alarm when the test value exceeds the limit.

3) Working medium temperature: normal temperature;

4) Water tank capacity: 30L, aluminum alloy;

5) Working pressure: 0.5~2.5MPa, maximum 3MPa;

6) Pressure output: 1-way independent pressure test;

7) Digital pressure gauge parameters: 0~4MPa, 0.05 level

8) The hydraulic pump and water pump seals of the equipment are made of EPDM or fluororubber , the one-way valve and safety valve are sealed with FKM fluorocarbon rubber , and the ball valve uses PFA packing. All of the above sealing materials can be used in radiation environments;

9) The equipment is equipped with three digital pressure gauges, one is placed at the high-pressure interface of the workpiece, used to observe the test pressure of the workpiece at close range, the other is used to detect the system pressure when the equipment system is leak-proof, and is placed at the outlet of the accumulator, and the third is used for accumulator nitrogen filling pressure detection;

12) Each module of the test tool is installed in a maximum of 5 aluminum Zarges boxes with a length of 600 x width of 400. The aluminum boxes will be modified for special specifications. The weight of each module box shall not exceed 35kg and shall be placed on 2 pallets with shock-absorbing pulleys to meet the requirements of two people carrying and pushing;

13) The total weight of the whole set of equipment (including the pulley pallet) does not exceed 200kg, and the maximum width of the equipment does not exceed 500mm, so it can be pushed and carried in narrow spaces.
