The float level switch calibration device calibrates multiple groups of level switches of workpiece containers in turn through pressure testing. The system adopts modular design and is mainly composed of electric pump system, pressure pipeline system, software control system, etc. The flow rate of the electric pump is 4 cubic meters per hour; the software control system is composed of computer and PLC, and the equipment is equipped with pressure gauge and sensor for viewing and transmitting signals. Through the control loop, the automatic control of the equipment is realized to achieve the purpose of calibration.

Working pressure: 0.18MPa;

Boosting method: Electric pump boosting,

Electric pump parameters: flow rate 4 cubic meters/hour, head 30 meters, motor power 0.75 kW ;

Output circuit: 1 way;

Pressure test accuracy: ±0.25% FS;

Pressure control accuracy: ±1%;

Workpiece volume: height 18 meters, diameter 200mm, about 565L, estimated filling time 10 minutes;

Filling method: 400L water tower pumping.
