Servo Pressure Pulse Test Stand is mainly used for pressure fatigue testing of products (such as pressure alternating, life, durability testing, etc.). The test medium is usually liquid (water, brake fluid, hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, mixed fluid, etc.), gas, etc. The pulse testing machine device is widely used for pulse testing of various soft and hard pipes, pipe fittings, automobile brake pipes, radiators, filters, gas bottles, pressure vessels and other products.

This machine has overpressure and overload protection functions, and has equipment pressure calibration function;

After the sample ruptures, the pressure drops rapidly and the pressurization stops automatically to ensure personal safety to the maximum extent;

It can automatically eliminate the gas in the sample when the test starts. It will automatically stop when the number of test pulses is reached or the sample is damaged. It also has the function of automatically recovering the leaking medium after the test pipeline is disassembled;

2 to 6 specimens can be installed at the same time, and the distance can be easily adjusted according to the minimum bending radius and standard of the pipe diameter;It can be tested with flexing pulse and without flexing pulse. (optional)
