High Temperature and High Pressure Test Device

The high-temperature and high-pressure test device is mainly used to simulate special high-temperature and high-pressure environments on the ground, test the performance of product workpieces in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, such as high-temperature and high-pressure operating environments in oil and gas wells, and test the temperature and pressure resistance of downhole tools, instruments and equipment. The device is mainly composed of three parts: ultra-high pressure vessel, piping system and electrical control system. The piping system includes pressurization system, heating and cooling system, auxiliary air source system and other subsystems.

Test pressure: 0-3000MPa; (for higher values, please consult)

Test temperature: up to 2000℃; (for higher temperatures, please consult)

Test space: determined according to needs;

Application:

1, In geological research, simulate the high temperature and high pressure environment of a certain stratum, conduct artificial synthesis of materials or conduct research on deep geological structures;

2, In the petroleum industry, the high temperature and pressure of the formation are simulated to test petroleum tools to check whether their performance meets the requirements. Such as simulating the on-site usage environment and conducting performance tests on valves;

3, In the nuclear power industry, key components are tested under high temperature and high pressure environments to simulate the extreme conditions after a nuclear reaction fails;

4, In the testing of deep-sea products, to check whether the quality of underwater products meets the design requirements, a deep-sea simulation system is indispensable. It has a quick-open structure, a complete electrical sealing system, a high-precision water depth simulation loading system, and a complete set of measurement devices. Provide complete solutions for underwater robots, spare parts, electrical components, communication equipment, etc. and culture or sampling devices in deep-sea environments;

5, In aerospace, performance testing of components is performed in simulated high-altitude environments;
