The bubble counter is a leakage detection instrument developed based on the needs of sealing performance testing of valves and other products. It uses laser measurement technology to detect bubbles in water. By counting the bubbles, it measures the leakage rate of the product and determines whether the product is qualified. The equipment connects the leaked gas to the air inlet of the counter through a hose. When the test product starts the leak test and stabilizes, press the start button and the equipment automatically records the leaked bubble data and time. When the time reaches the set value, Stop counting, the operation panel displays the time and the number of leaked bubbles, and the communication interface can remotely collect the data and automatically calculate the product's leakage rate.
