Toilet Seat Cover Life Tester
The toilet seat and cover life tester is suitable for the swing, opening, strong pressure, slow drop and static pressure tests of ordinary toilet seats and covers. It meets or exceeds the requirements of J C/T 764 toilet seat and cover standards .
Technical Parameters:
The angle between the seat ring and the cover and the horizontal plane after opening is ≥95°;
Open and close slow drop strong pressure angle 0~110°, precision level 1
Swing test load 1335N;
Force sensor: range 0~2500N, repeatability 0.1 level, ensuring the accuracy of pressure force value;
Can generate 1335N alternating swing pressure load;
The number of cycles can be set: 0-999999;
Static pressure load ≥1500N;
Force sensor: range 0~3000N, repeatability 0.1 level, ensuring the accuracy of pressure force value;
Can generate static pressure load greater than 1500N.
High pressure test: the opening and closing time can be set to 0.5s-1s respectively, the pause time can be set to >15s, and the number of cycles can be set to: 0-999999.
The rest meets the requirements of the relevant items in the JC /T 764-2008 toilet seat and cover standard.
