Thermal Shock Tester
The hot and cold shock testing machine is suitable for hot and cold shock performance testing of products such as panels and sinks.
The equipment meets or exceeds the requirements of standards such as QB/T 2658 Basins for sanitary equipment, BSEN 14688-2015+A1-2018 Sanitary ware-Basins-Functional requirements and test methods, and BSEN13310-2015+A1-2018 Kitchen sinks. Functional requirements and test methods.
Technical Parameters:
1. Water pressure control range: 0.05~0.5Mpa, accuracy level 1.0.
Pressure sensor: range 0~1.0MPa, accuracy 0.5 level, stability +0.02MPa, acquisition frequency 900Hz, to ensure the accuracy of water pressure.
2. Flow control range: 0.05L/s~0.6L/s, accuracy level 1.0.
Flow sensor: Range: 0.5~50L/min (0.0085L/s~0.85L/s), accuracy 0.8 level;
Both cold water and hot water can guarantee a water supply flow rate of 0.1L/s.
3. Temperature control range and accuracy:
Cold water temperature control range and accuracy: 10~room temperature℃, ±1.0℃;
Hot water temperature control range and accuracy: room temperature ~ 95℃, +1.0℃;
