Non-contact Water Supply Equipment Comprehensive Tester
The non-contact water supply equipment comprehensive testing machine is mainly used for water flow, sealing test, control distance error, opening time, closing time, anti-interference performance and other performance testing, undervoltage protection and whole machine energy consumption test of non-contact water supply equipment.
The equipment meets or exceeds the requirements of CJT194-2014 non-contact water supply equipment, GB/T 26750-2011 pressure flushing device for sanitary ware toilet, JCT 2115-2012 non-contact induction water supply equipment and other standards.
Technical parameters:
1. Static pressure of water system: 0~1.0MPa, accuracy level 1.0;
Water system dynamic pressure: 0~0.5MPa, accuracy level 1.0;
Pressure sensor: range 0~1.6MPa, accuracy 0.25 level, stability ±0.01MPa, acquisition frequency 900Hz, to ensure the accuracy of water pressure.
2. Flow control range and accuracy
Flow sensor: Range: 0.5~50L/min (0.0085L/s~0.85L/s), accuracy 0.8 level;
Measuring range: 5~300L/min (0.085L/s~5L/s), accuracy level 0.8.
