Faucet Life Testing Machine
The faucet life tester system is developed with reference to relevant fluid science and faucet standards. The equipment is mainly used for life testing of faucets, flower wine and other products. The whole system has the advantages of small size and light weight, simple operation, safety and reliability, wide application range, and adjustable output pressure.
The faucet life tester can perform faucet life test, single-handle single-control faucet life test, single-handle double-control faucet life test and double-handle double-control faucet life test by replacing the test fixture. The test medium cools the water to the corresponding temperature through the oil chiller, heats the water to the corresponding temperature through the heating pipe, and then passes through electric cooling. The hot water pump unit provides a pressure source to the test branch, adjusts the corresponding pressure of each branch, and connects the test workpiece to carry out relevant tests.
