Faucet Comprehensive Performance Tester
The faucet comprehensive performance testing machine system is developed with reference to relevant fluid science and faucet standards. The equipment is mainly used to test the sensitivity, flow rate, sealing and other performance of faucets (tap). It can also be used for shower flow rate and life test of ball head connectors.
The faucet comprehensive performance tester can perform performance tests on faucets, shower heads and ball connectors by replacing the test fixtures. The test medium cools the water to the corresponding temperature through the oil chiller, heats the water to the corresponding temperature through the insect heating pipe, and then provides a pressure source to the test branch through the cold and hot water pump unit. The corresponding pressure of each branch is adjusted, and the test workpiece can be connected to carry out relevant performance tests.

The equipment has an automatic alarm function. When a fault occurs, the alarm message will
be displayed on the screen to guide inspection and troubleshooting; in case of emergency
