Valve Performance Testing Machine
The valve performance testing machine consists of an airtight test bench and an air leakage test bench.
The airtight test bench is used to test the airtightness of cabin pressure regulator components and the overall product, and to collect and upload the test data in real time.

1.Airtight test bench
The equipment consists of a table body (including a constant temperature water tank), a regulating system, and a control system.

The inner size of the constant temperature water tank is 400mmx400mmx400mm. The bottom
of the water tank is made into an inclined shape with an inclination angle of 15° and 60MPa
ammonia filling.
Operation mode: manual and automatic voltage regulation, automatic detection.
2.Leakage test bench
The equipment consists of a platform body, a pressure extraction/charging system, a simulated atmosphere cabin/simulated cockpit, an adjustment system, and a control system.
Test medium: compressed air;
Pumping height: 20000m;
Pumping height accuracy: 0.1 % ;
Flower extraction rate: not less than 900L/min;
Flow meter detection range: 0-200 L/min, 0-20L/min, 0-60L/min;
Flow meter detection accuracy: ±1%FS;
