Plug Life Test Equipment
The plug-in and pull-out life test equipment is mainly used for plug-in and pull-out (connection and separation) life durability performance tests of products such as pipe fittings under pressure.
Technical Parameters :
Test pressure : 100kPa or other pressure levels;
Cycle frequency : ≤600/1800 times/hour;
Number of cycles : as specified or customized.
Equipment function introduction :
There is a docking and detaching menu option on the control computer. Select the docking and
detaching menu.
The docking and separation times are set and started. The docking device on the operating
table performs docking and separation.
The movement of docking and separation is recorded on the control computer .
Adjust the docking and undocking speed in the Docking and Undocking menu on the control
computer.
Adjust the docking speed, the dwell time after docking and the separation time, as well as the
dwell time after separation.
The docking device of the operating table can move according to the newly set parameters.
