Pipe Joint Rotation Bending Vibration Fatigue Test Bench
The pipe joint rotation bending fatigue test bench consists of a hydraulic pressure source, a dynamic strain gauge, a vibration table and a control system. It is mainly used for aviation pipe joints (such as aircraft hydraulic conduits, hydraulic conduits and connectors. Compression fittings, etc.) for rotation bending fatigue vibration tests. It is suitable for joint manufacturers to do product factory vibration life testing. It is also suitable for scientific research and testing institutions as R&D test equipment applicable standards HB6442-1990, ARP1185C-2019, etc. According to different standards, the equipment configuration has corresponding adjustments. Users can choose rotation bending vibration and plane vibration according to test needs.
Special test software is used to make different settings according to the requirements of various standards, optimize the database structure, display and record test parameters such as strain, pressure, number of times, time, etc. in real time, and maintain long-term stable operation.
