Gas Mixing & Boosting System
Gas mixing and boosting system, the equipment mixes the nitrogen, gas cylinder gas source and carbon dioxide gas cylinder gas source provided by the customer through the gas mixing ratio device in a precise proportion and outputs evenly, and then continuously boosts the pressure and inputs it into the reactor through the boosting equipment, and runs the reaction under constant pressure in the reactor. After completion, the pressure is released and the pressure relief pipe is introduced into the pressure relief anechoic room; the equipment uses IVS special large-flow pneumatic gas booster pump for boosting, and uses big-brand pneumatic control components. The equipment has a large flow, is safe and reliable, and the pipeline system is made of FITOK and 316SS stainless steel. The equipment uses high-pressure ferrule sealing connection, the system has no leakage, and it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble, not easy to damage, and can be disassembled and assembled many times. It is suitable for gas boosting such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen, mixed gas boosting, supercritical gas boosting, foaming/reactor boosting, etc.
