Gas Distribution System
The non-standard design of the gas distribution table can reach a maximum pressure of 140MPa and a minimum pressure of 0.05MPa. The flow rate is designed according to product requirements, and the pressure, flow rate and other parameters are automatically adjusted. A gas mixing tank is optional.

Directions :
The computer operating program sets the parameters and the mouse clicks to start the test .
The program controls the pneumatic pump to start and increase the pressure from zero. At the
same time, the pressure transmitter reads the pressure value.
When compared, the pneumatic pump is automatically controlled to stop pressurizing, maintain
pressure, re-pressurize , and release pressure.
The pressure is synthesized and displayed as a pressure-time curve on the display in real
time .
When the entire experimental process is completed, the test automatically stops, the pressure
relief is automatically controlled, and the judgment is automatically made.
If there is leakage, it will automatically judge the explosion and automatically record the
leakage value until the test is completed.
In an emergency, just press the emergency stop button to relieve the system pressure and end
the experiment.
