Flow Resistance Test Equipment
Flow resistance test equipment is mainly used to test the injection volume, flow resistance (pressure drop) performance of various pipe fittings, joints and other products.
Main technical parameters:
1. Module-level flow resistance test
Flow rate and pressure range: 0~1L/min, the maximum pressure difference at this flow rate is
0.06MPa;
(0.05~1L/min)
Control accuracy: 0.5% (the difference between the real-time control value and the actual
value does not exceed 0.5%);
Display accuracy: 0.5% (the difference between the real-time display value and the actual
value does not exceed 0.5%);
2. Whole machine level flow resistance test
Flow rate and pressure range: 1~10L/min, the maximum pressure difference at this flow rate is
0.2MPa;
Control accuracy: 0.5% ( the difference between the real-time control value and the actual
value does not exceed 0.5% ) ;
Display accuracy: 0.5% ( the difference between the real-time display value and the actual
value does not exceed 0.5% ) ;
Device features :
There is a flow resistance test menu option on the control computer. Select the flow resistance
test menu.In, you can set the output flow;
After setting the parameters on the control computer, the curve of the workpiece flow
resistance test process is displayed in real time On the computer.
