The equipment is suitable for the performance test of engine nozzles. It can automatically measure and analyze the basic characteristics of the nozzle, such as flow characteristics, spray mass distribution uniformity, spray angle, etc.

Main technical parameters:

1. Test medium: water or aviation kerosene;

2. Medium temperature: room temperature;

3. Pressure increase rate: 0~2 MPa/s (adjustable)

4. System pressure measurement: 0.25 level pressure sensor, with digital display;

5. Ambient temperature requirements: -20℃~50℃; (When the temperature is below zero, the

test pool needs to be insulated to prevent freezing)

6. Design altitude: ≤1500 meters;

7. Relative humidity requirement: ≤85%;

8. Ambient air pressure: normal pressure;

9. Power requirements: 380V, 50HZ, 10kW;

10. Pump and valve cabinet dimensions: skid body (length x width x height): about

2500x2500x1500, control cabinet (length x Width x height): about 650x600x1500;

11. Control method: computer automatic control.
