By flushing the engine cavity with nitrogen, neutralizing cleaning fluid, water, and absolute ethanol, a particle counter is used to check the cleanliness to ensure that the cleaned workpiece meets the cleanliness requirements, and the remaining liquid is blown away. The equipment consists of four parts: working test bench, control system, air supply system, liquid supply system, particle detection system and recycling system.

1.System medium: absolute ethanol, etc.;

2.Medium temperature: normal temperature;

3.Pressure control accuracy: ≤±0.05MPa;

4.Pressure stabilization accuracy: ≤0.5%FS;

5.Pressure acquisition accuracy: ≥0.2%FS;

6.Control method: fully automatic control by industrial computer;

7.Filtration precision: two-stage filtration of 2u for gas line and 20u for liquid line inlet and 10/2u for outlet;

8.Particle counting accuracy: 2-100u;

9.Power supply: 380V 50Hz 5kW;

10.Gas source: high pressure air or nitrogen.
