Control Valve Performance Testing Machine

 

The regulating valve performance testing machine is suitable for testing the pressure resistance, sealing, leakage, flow characteristics, filling and exhausting rate test, valve core displacement and other performance of the regulating valve.

 

Technical Parameters:

1) Ultra-high voltage test system

The maximum working pressure of the ultra-high pressure system is 100MPa;

Three independent test pipelines, working pressure 2~100MPa, outlet connection precision

5μm filter .

2) High-voltage system

The maximum working pressure of the high-pressure system is 35MPa, two-way, and the

working pressure is 0.5~35MPa;

Two independent test lines, the outlets are connected to 5 μm filters;

High-pressure gas cylinder 20L, rated working pressure 35MPa;

Use an electric air valve to achieve rapid inflation. The diameter of the electric air valve must

be the same as the diameter of the test system pipeline and must not be less than φ10mm.

3) Medium and low voltage systems

The maximum working pressure of the medium pressure test system is 10MPa, with two test

pipelines and working pressure of 0.1~10MPa;

The maximum working pressure of the low-pressure test system is 2.5MPa, with two test

pipelines and a working pressure of 0~2.5MPa ;

The low-pressure test pipeline has a diameter of no less than φ10mm, and the outlet is

connected to a 5 μm filter; the 100MPa high-pressure pipeline is designed to have a diameter

of 2.8mm.

4) Measure the relationship between the valve core movement displacement and its control pressure. The measurement stroke is required to be 2~25mm and the test accuracy is 0.01mm.
