The one-way valve comprehensive performance testing machine is suitable for the one-way valve's air tightness, flow performance, filling and deflation and other performance tests.

Main technical parameters:

1.Requirements for ultra-high pressure boosting system

The system needs to be equipped with a booster pump to provide gas source for ultra-high pressure testing, which can boost the pressure to the ultra-high pressure output pressure required by the system, and can boost the pressure to 138MPa.

2.Ultra-high voltage test system requirements

The maximum working pressure of the ultra-high pressure system is ≥100MPa, two-way:

2 independent test pipelines, working pressure 20~100MPa, outlet connection precision 5um

filter.

3.High voltage system requirements

The maximum working pressure of the high-pressure system is ≥35MPa, two-way;

2 independent test lines, working pressure 0~35MPa, outlet connection precision 5um filter;

With a 20L high-pressure gas cylinder, rated working pressure 35MPa, pressure bearing

capacity 240MPa, gas cylinder outlet diameter o010mm, gas cylinder outlet equipped with

safety valve and pressure gauge, placed at the front end of high-pressure, medium- and

low-pressure pipelines, service life ≥ 20 years;

Use an electric air valve to achieve rapid inflation,The diameter of the electric air valve must

be the same as the diameter of the test system pipeline, and the diameter must not be less

than φ10mm.

4.Medium and low voltage system requirements

The maximum working pressure of the medium pressure test system is ≥10MPa, with one test

pipeline and a working pressure of 0.1~10MPa;

The maximum working pressure of the low-pressure test system is ≥2.5MPa,There are two

test pipelines, one with a working pressure of 0~2.5MPa and the other with a working pressure

of 0~0.1MPa;

The diameter of the above three independent test pipelines is not less than 10, and all pipeline

outlets are connected to filters with an accuracy of 5um.

5.Flow Test System Requirements

Equipped with 1 independent flow test system, it can meet the requirements of product flow

rate 1.2L/s~10.5L/s and accuracy ≤0.1L/s

A reverse protection device needs to be installed at the rear end of the flow meter and

connected to a separate venting pipeline.

6.Inflating and deflating test module

The inflation and deflation module can be tested for inflation and deflation in accordance with

the technical requirements of a certain inflation valve,The module needs to be equipped with a

1L gas cylinder (with a pressure bearing capacity of not less than 35MPa), a pressure sensor,

and a high-pressure hose,For details, please see Figure 1 Inflation Test Module System, in

which 1 is an electric gas valve (provided by the buyer), 2 is a one-way valve product (inflation

valve) that needs to be tested, and the rest are designed by the seller.

The module is required to be an independent module that can be easily connected to the test bench system and can collect and display test data such as the pressure, filling and deflation time of the 1L gas cylinder during the filling and deflation test.

7.Blowing performance test module

The blowing performance test module can perform blowing performance inspection tests according to the technical requirements of the blowing valve,The module needs to be equipped with one 0.5L and 1L gas cylinder (the pressure bearing capacity is not less than 35MPa), and a pressure sensor to connect the high-pressure soft Pipes and other components, please see attached figure 2 for the purge performance test module system for details,1 in the figure is the one-way valve product (purge valve) that needs to be tested, and the rest are designed by the seller.

The module is required to be an independent module, which can be easily connected to the test bench system and can collect and display test data such as the closing pressure of the blowoff valve during the blowout test.

8.Seal requirements for the test system: The test system maintains the highest working pressure, no leakage is allowed in the pipelines and joints, and the inspection time is 10 minutes,No vibration, tremor, etc,8 factors that affect the accuracy of the test are allowed during the test;

9.Accessory configuration

Equipped with 8 high-pressure hoses, with a pressure bearing capacity of >35MPa, a diameter of Ф10mm, and a length of 1.5~2m;

Equipped with 4 ultra-high pressure hoses, with pressure bearing capacity >100MPa, diameter >Ф4mm, and the length of the hoses is 1.5~2m

10.It is required that the above systems can work independently and can work in conjunction with each other according to the set procedures.
